Community Exercise Food Fun Program

This program is for adults who want Total Body Workouts to enhance their Strength, Flexibility and Endurance through weight training, agility drills and cardio.  Class meets for 60 minutes and designed for all fitness levels. Biweekly Weigh-ins!              Nutritional Guidelines!                 Fun & Prizes!
