Sewer Fairness

The town's most important issue is to resolve the sewer fairness. It is not fair that residents with grinder pump have to pay the same property taxes than other residents who are connected to the sewer system by gravity flow. Plus, grinder pump is clearly an extra burden. I had to leave in my house for 4 days without toilet, shower and laundry when my grinder pump went down (3 years old grinder pump). Plus, I had to spent 3000$ to fix it. It is just not acceptable and the town of Chelmsford needs to fix this issue if it really cares about its residents. I will consider moving if this issue does not get resolved.
