The October meeting of the Chelmsford Quilt Guild will feature speaker Susan Stowe, a
quilt historian from Topsfield, MA. 
You won’t want to miss her fascinating “time line trunk show.”

Using antique quilts and tops from her collection, along
with her own reproductions, Susan will present a chronological history of
quilts from 1800 -1950.  An expert
on historic trends in pattern, style, color palette, fabric choice, and
techniques, as well as inventions and special events that have influenced quilt
making, her program will bring quilt history alive for us.
