Cake Decorating 101
Have you ever wondered how those roses on a cake were created? How about that basket weave you noticed on the spring cake you bought? Or that beautiful border around the cake—how was that done? You too, can learn these and other neat techniques at our Cake Decorating class! The instructor will teach you the techniques of properly icing your cake, color your icing, how to write with icing, embroidery, stars, leaves, figure piping, star flowers and the all-important rose and basket weave! This course is $45 a person.
Our programs offer something for every age level. Whether you're a resident of Chelmsford or one of the surrounding towns, there is a wide variety of courses and recreational activities to serve educational and enrichment needs, or just plain fun! Our Childcare and Preschool services are enjoyed by children as young as 18 months through school age.
