ReplyTake a look at what Westford did -- that new plaza with Burtons, Five Guys, etc., is tremendous -- perhaps Chelmsford could do something on a smaller scale given the space?

It's been like that for well over a week. The first few days there were no signs at all which caught everyone by surprise and possibly damaged their cars. any word when they will pave those bumps?
