Conceal Carry is Legal in 49 State's, yet it is still Illegal in Illinois. The requirements are strict and the Law is making a difference in people's lives all over this Nation. In order to be a CCW License holder in Wisconsin and most other States, you must pass an FBI Criminal Background Check, Submit Fingerprint's to the FBI and a Passport quality photo. Criminals are not going to do this, it is the people who have nothing to hide and are not involved in criminal acts, that will be requesting a License. I have Two CCW License's and am Legally able to Carry a Loaded Handgun in 38 States. That includes every State that surrounds Illinois. The illinoiscarry.com group is working towards the Right to Conceal Carry in Illinois and currently has a Court Case called Moore v Madigan, at the 7th District Federal Court of Appeals. The Decision will be announced soon. Illinois will soon have CCW and that is a Good thing!
