About Estee

Originally from the New York Metro area, Estee moved to Chelmsford 16 years ago with her husband, Michael. She has two teenaged sons: Corey and Jaimey.

A passionate fitness enthusiast, Estee has been a self proclaimed gym junkie since 1987, and a certified fitness instructor since 93. She is a big advocate of incorporating different styles of workouts in her routines. Her weekly cross training includes: spinning, weight lifting, rowing, martial arts, calisthenics, interval training, and CrossFit.

Hi,

I am working on a feature film that is helping a great cause as well as offering people the opportunity to get involved
