The flags didn't meet Town Bylaws, but do you think they should have stayed?
If things look differently driving down Chelmsford Street, one possible explanation might be the removal of the flags in front of Moonstone (pictured). Last week the Chelmsford Planning Board discussed the issues of the bylaws (fast forward to approximately the 50:00 mark), but today we want to hear what you think.
