Arrests May 15 May 16 May 18 Other April 23, 9:34 a.m. - An individual came to the Chelmsford Police Station to report a case of harassment. According to police reports, the man said he received a text from his brother-in-law threatening physical harm if he did not drop off his children at his ex-wife's house, texts that continued for half an hour. The report indicated that the man has joint custody of his children. Police talked to the brother-in-law and asked him to stop texting, a request he said he would comply with.
