Chelmsford Open Spaces Stewardship Speaks About Conservation and Community Involvement

Joanne and Phil Stanway, the founders of the stewdarship spoke about land preservation and the details behind the hard work of the group at a presentation at the library Thursday. Joanne Stanway opened by explaining that the labor of preserving the land of Chelmsford fell into three distinct categories. "We love the work that we do, the partnerships that we form, and the people that we meet through the Chelmsford Open Space Stewardship, but like everything, there's the good, the bad, and the ugly," she said.
