One Ten Grill Opens for Business

The American-style cuisine eatery takes over at the old location of Cafe Madrid.

Chelmsford Street’s newest eatery is here, as Café Madrid officially became the One Ten Grill on Friday. After years of serving Spanish cuisine, the eatery was sold to local restaurateur John Gailey recently, the latest restaurant in a string that he has owned stretching from Boston to Santa Barbara. “Chelmsford is a great town and I think there’s a great need for this type of restaurant here,” said Gailey, noting that out of the 39 restaurants he found in Chelmsford, only three serve American-style food comparable to what is now on the menu at the One Ten Grill. “We hope to bring an upbeat, positive attitude. It’s not rocket science. If you present good food in a good place at a good price, people will keep coming back,” he said. The …

Oh yes and the waitress was lovely very experienced. N friendly. Don't miss Cafe Madrid @all!!! They were great @ 1st then really started going down hill fast..had no idea they were even gone.   more ›
