The Town Census is Coming Tomorrow, How Will Chelmsford Answer?

The country has a census every ten years, but Chelmsford has one annually. What will be the results?

  The Chelmsford Town Clerk's office wants to remind that residents will be obtaining their town census and dog registration slips in the mail tomorrow, if they haven't gotten them already. In a recent press release from Town Clerk Onorina Malley, responding to the annual census will help maintain accurate population information and the allocation of state and federal funds and grants to the town and help individuals with proof of residency for numerous personal and/or legal requirements such as in-state tuition at state colleges or universities, housing benefits for the elderly or other eligible persons, veterans’ benefits, insurance benefits and school enrollment.
