A few college representatives will visit with CHS students today.
Don't put the galashes away just yet. Today is going to be another gray and rainy day, with showers throughout the day and a high of 61 degrees. Nothing says "welcome to fall" like this weather - we're dreading the day we have to pull our long-sleeve shirts again. Budget Buddies, a program that pairs female financial coaches with low-income women, will host a "blast off" celebration to kick off its pilot program. We know - you can hardly wait to get your annual flu shot.

We aren't ready to break out our long underwear. The town has scheduled its pre Town Meeting "meeting" for Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. at the Police Station. During that meeting, Town Manager Paul Cohen will explain all the warrant articles to residents who may have questions. We're told pre Town Meeting is meant to make Town Meeting go faster.
