IF I could I'd give them NO Stars. The office staff are RUDE and abrupt with me over the phone. When you show up they act like they are super busy and you are bothering them by checking in. They have a sign saying if you are more than 10 minutes late they cancel your appointment because others are waiting, yet they have other signs on the wall saying if you are waiting over 30 minutes you need to check in all over again. WHAT WOULD IT MATTER IF YOU WERE 10 MINUTES LATE WHEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT 30-45 MINUTES TO GET SEEN FOR EACH APPOINTMENT!?
The newest doctor there was SO dry and unconcerned with my medical troubles. She just wanted to pound the fact that I hadn't scheduled any follow up visits in my head when I explained that they never told me about it. I told the Doctor how I felt extremely uncomfortable about the treatment I was getting from all the staff and she just blankly stared at me and said "ok" ....but the tone was more along the lines of "whatever". I had a very awful experience with them this visit and it just reminded me of how I would always leave their office with a bad experience when pregnant with my child a few years ago. I left there in tears and I will NEVER let them touch me again. I will also make sure to share my story so others can make their own decisions about whether or not they would like to use their services.
