I recently brought a pair of boots to have the sole and heels replaced. He told me that the split in the sole was too deep and could not be repaired. I appreciated his honesty. He could have slapped new soles and heels on and charge me $80.00.

Earlier this year I had two items repaired at Town Shoe Repair - a laptop case with a broken handle and a leather portfolio with a broken (large) zipper. Mr. Kim did a fantastic job on both. His service was prompt (although he did have to special order the zipper, which wasn't a surprise), well done, and reasonably priced.
