Szechuan Chef Restaurant owner and executive chef Wayne Liu moved from Taiwan to Chelmsford in 1987. His restaurant, in business since 1990, offers a variery of Taiwanese, Mandarin and Szechuan cuisines. All of Chef Liu's sauces are made from scratch, with specials changing daily.
