Stamps, Stomps, Wags and Mics This Weekend

Here's a few things going on this weekend.

CCA Open Mic Night

This week, folks heading to the CCA's Open Mic Fridays get a chance to hear from George Cappacio and his mix of children's entertainment and stories in the quest to bring peace to the Middle East.

You'll get a chance to tell your story up on stage too!

Tickets are $5, the event starts at 7 p.m. on Friday, but try to get there for 6:30.

Chelmsford Stamp Club Show

The Trinity Lutheran Church on Old Westford Road is the home of this year's Chelmsford Stamp Club show on Saturday at 9 a.m., with 14 tables of stamp collectors and no entry fee.

Contact L. Gilmore 978-256-2256 or lggrn@comcast.net for more information.

The Chelmsford Dog Association Is At It Again!

They've got something going on almost every week, and this Saturday it's the Walk N' Wag at the Middlesex County 4H Fairgrounds, right on the Chelmsford/Westford border on South Chelmsford Road.

There they'll be helping out German Shepard Rescue of New England.

Help save the lives of German shepards in need while also having a fun time with your dog, or even just have some fun without a pet! There will be more than enough dogs to go around.

Help Stomp Out Diabetes!

The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation is going to start at the Byam School, head down the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail and enjoy some Sal's Pizza while they raise money to fight juvenile diabetes.
