Another 40B, This One On Riverneck Road

#1. Winterfest... Celebrate Winter in Chelmsford, the festivities return all over town on Jan. 31
#2. Creative Dynamics... there's a new class today starting at Community Education where students will learn the basics of ballet jazz. The class is at 4:15 p.m. and costs $65.
#3. Update on Riverneck Road 40B... an application for a new 13 unit development on Riverneck Road was submitted last week (see attached), with five of the 13 units being designated as affordable. The development has been in the works for several months, and is just down the street from another 40B that approved in 2008.

#5. Today's Lions Varsity Games... There's a girls' basketball game at 7 p.m. in Lowell and the girls' hockey team has a game in Shrewsbury at 7:10 p.m.
