The Dogs of Greater Chelmsford Say "Thanks!"

Thanks to Everyone who came and participated in the Third Walgreen’s Dog Rally. Thanks to you, we were able to raise $1100.00 for the Dog Park! Thank YOU!!!

Congratulations to the Walk-a-thon fundraising Winners: The Manzelli Family, Ann Donoghue & Elaine D’Alessandro, and Sue Niemi!

Congratulations to our Coloring contest Winners: Nathan, Tabat, Anthony, and Logan. All the entries can be seen on our website at www.chelmsforddogassociation.org. 

Congratulations to the winner of the Cutest Dog Contest. Unfortunately, I did not get your name-in the frenzy we were able to identify you by your shirt in the picture, and you were still at the rally.

Kari Rosado won a special prize for getting the Dog Pageant going. Once she signed up, we got 4 more entries. She was out running errands and came across the event by accident. She went home immediately to get her dogs, and got the pageant started at 2PM. Kari’s a great motivator!

Special thanks to our Demo providers Lisa Bert, CPD K-9 officer Dave Leo & Flacco, Stefani Bush & Beast, and Beth Logan and Ginger.  The heat & many distractions  were tough on the dogs, but they did great!

Special thanks to Donna Parlee for donating two cases of strawberries to the Rally-they did not last long!

Thanks to Bill Askenburg for the humorous and talented promotion of our event. The CDA looks forward to working with him for our future events!

Thanks to DJ Hendo Solo for donating his time and equipment that that entertained us and allowed the demos and announcements to be heard.

Thanks to the Walgreens employees that helped make this happen. At least six stores were represented, and we attracted some folks from the regional office in Connecticut. They put together some great prizes.

Thanks to our vendors that support many of our events. We meet wonderful new people with every one!

Thanks to CPD Officer Paul Richardson for making sure our walkers got across Chelmsford Street safely.
