In addition to awarding the 2013 Citizen of the Year Certificates, we also discussed: The Dutton House sale...Full Day Kindergarten...the New Fire Station and Country Club projects....the Open Space Steward work in Town....the Mill Road 40B Proposal....the Chelmsford Historical Society and Fred Merriam's new book about Chelmsford.
