Two Hour Delay for Chelmsford Schools Friday
Transportation delays caused the late start for local schools.
Thursday's storm is still being felt in Chelmsford.
According to an alert sent out by the district, Chelmsford Public Schools will open two hours late on Friday.
"Due to transportation issues, all Chelmsford Public Schools will start two hours late today, and buses will run two hours late," the alert said. "Morning kindergarten classes are cancelled."
In addition, the community education extended-day programs will open at 8 a.m. on Friday.
