Nearly $6 Million Refinance Loan Taken on Drum Hill Strip Mall

The loan was one of two made last week by Linear Retail Properties, the owner of Chelmsford Plaza on Drum Hill.

 

Linear Retail Properties announced last week that it has taken out a refinancing loan of $5,880,000 to refinance Chelmsford Plaza on Drum Hill Road in an attempt to take advantage of recent renovations done on the building.

The home of Starbucks (pictured), Sherwin Williams, Pho Da Lat and other stores, the 24,262 square foot strip mall was accompanied by Salem Park Plaza in Salem, NH among Linear Retail's loans last week.

Combined, the two loans totalled just over $11 million.

Based in Burlington, the company owns 67 retail properties across New England, with other nearby tenants including Rite Aid in Westford, 7-11 in Pepperell and Daniel Webster Plaza in Nashua.
