• Chelmsford's Permanent Building Committee meets in Town Hall, Room 200, starting at 6:30 p.m.
• The Commission on Disabilities meets at 7 p.m. with members gathering inside Town Hall.

• At 5:30 p.m., the Parade Committee meets in Harrington's on 10 Summer Street.
