Lane gave an overview of the Center Village Master Plan Committee’s progress and thanked members of the board and consultants to the board.

Hanson said he saw no reason why the board would not support this wholeheartedly and would try to find funding mechanisms in the future for portions of the plan.

The board unanimously supported the plan as presented.

The agenda went next to a carry-in liquor, or "BYOB" license policy proposal. The original impetus for the policy, a request for cheese and wine parties from Markus+Leslie, was gone.

However, Hanson asked the board if they wanted to still look at the potential policy.

Dixon said that the policy subcommittee should take a look and do more research on the policy.

Hanson provided an overview of the proposed policy, but said that the Police Chief had not gotten a look at the policy yet. Lane praised the work so far and asked if there was a reason for the limit of 30 people at an event, which was answered by Wotjas.
