Week's Arrests Include OUI, Breaking and Entering

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, July 23

  • Police arrested Keleigh (Kelly) Johnson, 52, of 30 Wothern Street, Chelmsford, and charged her with operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to stay in marked lanes.
  • George M. Vogiatzoglou, 41, of 3 Michigan Road, Tyngsboro, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle on a revoked license, and failure to stay in marked lanes.
Friday, July 26
  • Following a traffic stop, Kristin M. Deon, 19, of 60 Central Ave., Ayer, was arrested and charged with larceny of property greater than $250 and two counts of illegal possession of a Class E substance. Mary F. Deon, 58, also of 60 Central Ave., Ayer, was arrested and charged with larceny of property greater than $250.
  • Stephen J. Pendergast, 30, of 778 Broadway Street, Lowell, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, breaking and entering, malicious destruction of property and intimidation of a witness.
Saturday, July 27
  • Matthew S. Ralls, 31, of 18 Ina Street, Lowell, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
Sunday, July 28
  • Gleydon Fortes, 26, of 134 Wheeler Street, Lowell, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
  • Police arrested Timothy S. So, 21, of 23 Congress Ave., Lowell, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle after a suspended license, failure to stay in marked lanes, and two outstanding warrants.
