Oct. 15, 9:37 p.m. –  An officer was dispatched to Acton Road for an incident between a man and his uncle-in-law.

The man was walking his dog when the uncle-in-law showed up and started yelling about money he was owed, with the man stating the uncle grabbed him and shoved him.

At this point the man told the uncle-in-law to stop or he would defend himself, but the uncle-in-law did not comply, with the man taking the uncle-in-law to the ground, which was followed by the uncle-in-law leaving the scene.

The officer found the uncle-in-law who said that the man was the aggressor in the incident.

According to police reports, the man paid another woman $40, which was to be repaid later, and a Dodge Durango left the area shortly before the incident.

The report indicated both were related to the fight, but it was not clear from the police report how they were related to the fight.
