- Michael Moriarty, 19, of 446 Westford St. in Lowell was arrested on charges of alleged possession of liquor by a minor and headlight violations.

11:35 a.m. - One person picketing at Vinal Square was described as a disturbance by others in the area.
3:08 p.m. - Chelmsford and Tyngsborough Police combined efforts to investigate a break-in at a home on Dunstable Road adjacent to the border of the two towns.

- Michael Roberts, 23, of 127 Wellman Ave. in North Chelmsford was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
