Two OUI Arrests During Christmas Week

The following information was supplied by the Chelmsford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction. More detailed reports may be delayed due to extenuating circumstances.

Dec. 23

- Jennifer Elliott, 26, of 467 Aiken Ave. in Dracut was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct.

Nicolas Kasidakos, 22, of 5 Turnpike Rd. in Townsend was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and failure to yield at an intersection.

Dec. 26

Arnolde Cardoso, 24, of 872 Hildreth St. in Dracut was arrested for alleged failure to display number plates and operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license. 

Dec. 27

- Luis Aponte, 30, of 791 Lakeview Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license and driving a motor vehicle with defective equipment.

- Lawrence Bradley, 36, of 18 Burns St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (second offense)

- Russell Jean, 18, of 945 Riverside Dr. in Methuen was arrested on two counts of alleged assault and battery.

- Mark Ritchey, 39, of 351 Hildreth St. in Lowell was arrested for an outstanding warrant relating to receiving stolen goods.
