Two Lowell Residents Charged With Assault and Battery

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.
Monday, July 15
- Police arrested Manuel Chuquiguaman, 37, of 14 Oliver Street, Milford, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle without being a licensed driver and signal light violations.
- Joseph E. Shattuck, 20, of 17 Harris Ave., Lowell, was arrested and charged with assault and battery following an incident in Chelmsford.
- Jeremy Joseph Garboski, of 437 E. Merrimack Street, Lowell, was arrested on three outstanding warrants.
- Chelmsford Police arrested Jacob Eric Young, 27, of 67 Whipple Street, Lowell, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
