Traffic Stop Leads to Long List of Charges for Driver

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, August 7

  • Police made a traffic stop and arrested Alan J. Alexa, 37, on a variety of charges. Alexa was charged with receiving stolen property less than $250, attaching plates to a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without being a licensed driver, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and a warrant for unlicensed equipment and possession of Class D drugs.
Thursday, August 8
  • Vannara Lach, 28, of 110 South Walker Street, Lowell, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, operating a motor vehicle after a registration was revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker.
  • Kaylyn Jen Mathis, 22, of 2 Mount Pleasant Street, Chelmsford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and a warrant for operating after suspension.
Saturday, August 10
  • Following a traffic stop, officers arrested Evans Lamousnery, 37, of 7 Erlin Terrace, Tewksbury, and charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
