Massachusetts State Police say two left lanes are closed on I-495 Northbound on the Chelmsford/Westford lane following a tractor trailer crash just after 7:30 p.m. Monday night.
There were earlier reports of another accident in that same area, near Exit 33 with multiple cars involved.
