Stedman Street Teen Arrested For Alleged OUI

Sept. 30
Kerri Wood, 28, of 101 Rindo Park Dr. in Lowell was arrested on an outstanding warrant
Oct. 1
Linda Lowell, 48, of 37 Smith St. was arrested on charges of operation of a motor vehicle following a revoked license
Brett Miller, 18, of 78 Stedman St. was arrested on charges of alleged speeding, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failure to stop at a stop sign, and operation of a motor vehicle with intent of reckless endangerment
Oct. 2
Sophal Chhay, 24, of 39 Shaffer St. in Lowell was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle after a license suspension and failure to display number plates.
Oct. 4
Donald McInnis, 45, of 417 Westford St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
Patricia McInnis, 46, of 417 Westford St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
Oct. 5
Justin Gibson, 22, of 1225 Pawtucket Blvd. in Lowell was arrested for alleged larceny of property over $250 and an outstanding warrant for trespassing.
