Several Arrests Made for Violent Incidents in Recent Days

Chelmsford Police Department officers made two arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Feb. 10

  • Chelmsford Police arrested Ngor Lengsavat, 36, of 10 Lilley Ave., Lowell, for operating an uninsured motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle after a registration was revoked, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
  • Police served a warrant on a South Boston man. Sean P. Selter, 22, of 681 East 2nd Street, South Boston, was taken into custody.
Tuesday, Feb. 11
  • After responding to a domestic incident, officers arrested Daovone Nokham, 33, of 350 Littleton Road, Chelmsford. He was charged with two counts of assault.
  • William L. Ryan, 38, of 725 Princeton Blvd., Lowell, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle after a license was suspended.
Wednesday, Feb. 12
  • Ronald S. Mack, 47, of 1321 Pawtucket Blvd., Lowell, was taken into custody by Chelmsford Police. He was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Friday, Feb. 14
  • Coleen M. Carney, 38, of 93 Temple Street, Lowell, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant. The warrant for for disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.
  • Brian D. Gilman, 24, of 448 Beacon Street, Lowell, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and an outstanding warrant.
Sunday, Feb. 16
  • After a reported domestic incident, Bridget Alena Leahy, 24, of 4 Bartlett Street, Chelmsford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
  • Albert F. Riccio Jr., 24, of 30 Quigley Ave., Chelmsford, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, operating a motor vehicle after registration revocation, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
