Possible Overdose, Waiting Room Fall and Smoke in the Woods

Information provided by the Chelmsford Fire Department.

The following incidents were provided by the Chelmsford Fire Department, taking place between March 31 and April 5.

Monday, March 31

  • At 11:20 a.m. firefighters and police arrived on Chelmsford Street for a motor vehicle crash with no reported injuries.
  • A confused elderly woman was reported on Nashoba Drive.
Tuesday, April 1
  • On Princeton Street, EMTs were called at 2:29 p.m. for a man who passed out.
  • At 8:07 p.m. a request came in to dispatch for a transport on Technology Drive.
Wednesday, April 2
  • At 6:44 a.m. on Warren Ave. a motor vehicle crash was reported involving a Chelmsford driver. Possible injuries were reported.
  • A 77-year-old woman suffered a possible allergic reaction on Hitching Post Road.
  • Residents on Research Place reported a possible burning smell on the first floor.
  • An investigation was conducted on Crooked Spring Road for a gallon sized jug with an unknown liquid inside.
  • At 6:15 p.m. firefighters received multiple calls for water in the basement of homes on Proctor Road.
Thursday, April 3
  • On Chruch Street, an ambulance was called for an unresponsive man in the residence.
  • A woman on Littleton Road possibly overdosed on drugs, sending an ambulance to the scene.
Friday, April 4
  • A patient fell in the waiting room of a surgery center on Research Place.
  • Firefighters were called to Littleton Road for a report of smoke in the woods.
Saturday, April 5
  • An ambulance was requested to Chelmsford Street where an eight-month-old child fell.
  • On Lantern Lane a 46-year-old woman suffered a shoulder injury due to a fall.
