Arrests

  • Phuong Huynh, 29, of 15 Woodbine St. in Chelmsford was arrested on a warrant for charges of alleged armed robbery, kidnapping and assault and battery.

8:35 a.m. - A large box truck was reported parked at the intersection of Vinal Square and Groton Road impeding traffic.

3:50 p.m. - Police intervened after reports of a disorderly female at CVS.

12:16 a.m. - Police responded to reports of someone potentially in the basement in a home on Dalton Road.

12:10 p.m. - Police investigated four suspicious men with a remote controlled car in a parking lot on Brick Kiln Road.

5:48 p.m. - Traffic patrol caught vehicles going the wrong way on the ramps to Route 3 near Billerica Road.
