Police Arrest Lowell Teen For Alleged Disorderly Conduct and Larceny

The following information was supplied by the Chelmsford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.


Sept. 17

Zachory Brunnell, 18, of 67 Tyler Pk. in Lowell was arrested for alleged resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and larceny of property over $250.

- Margarita Gelvez, 40, of 956 Middlesex St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle without possession of a license and an outstanding warrant for driving without a license.

Sept. 18

Gary Joiner, 45, of 26 Brick Kiln Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding warrant for alleged speeding while driving without a license and driving under a suspended license.

- Elizabeth Kirby, 22, of 34 May St. in Lowell was arrested on two counts of shoplifting.

- Tracy Vigeant, 41, of 223 Branch St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged larceny of property over $250.

Sept. 20

Yan Keo, 45, of 659 Chelmsford St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations, failure to stop for police and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

Sept. 21

Frederick Dillon, 57, of 9 Glen Ave. in Chelmsford was arrested for an allege violation of a domestic violence restraining order.
