Person Trapped in Elevator on Princeton Street, Man Falls From Ladder

The following incidents were provided by the Chelmsford Fire Department, taking place between April 27 and May 3.

Sunday, April 27

  • At 1:22 p.m. on Princeton Street, firefighters were called to an apartment complex for a person stuck in an elevator.
  • On Sheila Ave., a resident fell from a chair and called 911 for medical assistance.
  • Police responded along with an ambulance to Montcastle Drive for a possible sudden death of a 25-year-old resident.
Monday, April 28
  • At 9:27 a.m. an elderly resident on Technology Drive fell and suffered a reported head injury.
  • On Billerica Road, a teenager female fell in a stairway near the main entrance to the building.
  • Firefighters checked on a possible illegal burn on Concord Road and Boston Road.
  • A 12-month-old child was choking recently on Gay Street.
  • State Police reported a brush fire on Route 3 on the northbound side.
  • Dispatch received a call for a brown house with its roof on fire on Checkerberry Lane. Several firefighters were sent to the scene.
Tuesday, April 29
  • A ring removal was required on Richardson Road at the High School for a female with a swollen finger.
Wednesday, April 30
  • A female part was unable to move on Sheila Ave.
  • An emergency call was received on Billerica Road for a 54-year-old resident with chest pains.
  • At 6:41 p.m. an emergency call was placed from Littleton Road for an elderly woman stuck in the bed.
Thursday, May 1
  • A 17-year-old female was having a panic attack on Drum Hill Road.
  • Dispatch sent an ambulance to Princeton Street for a fall in front of the entrance to a building.
  • On Billerica Road, a 28-year-old man passed out.
Friday, May 2
  • A woman who is seven months pregnant was reportedly sick on Chelmsford Street.
  • One fire engine was sent to Delpha Lane for a public assistance when a cat was stuck in a tree.
  • A 60-year-old man fell from a ladder on Groton Road, requiring medical attention.
Saturday, May 3
  • Firefighters checked the area of Singlefoot Road and Galloway Road for an unauthorized burn.
  • An emergency medical call was placed to Stop & Shop at 8:47 p.m. for a patron who fell in the flower area.
