North Chelmsford Man Charged With Assault With a Dangerous Weapon

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.
Friday, August 2
- Police arrested Nery Marisio Gonsalez, 40, of 107 Broadway Street, Revere, on an outstanding warrant.
- Following a traffic stop, officers arrested Joshua Bush, 25, of 77 Friendship Street, Billerica, and charged him with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle recklessly to endanger, and failure to stay in marked lanes.
- After responding to an incident, police arrested Nithyanand Ravichandran, 49, of 902 Wellman Ave., North Chelmsford. He was charged with assault and battery by a dangerous weapon and intimidation of a witness.
Monday, July 29
- At 6:20 p.m. police arrested Stacy Ann Hartwell, 41, of Brick Kiln Road, Chelmsford, and charged her with failure to appear upon recognizance, no inspection or sticker, and forging or misusing an RMV document.
- At 10:42 p.m. following a traffic stop on Carlisle Road, police arrested Meaghan Lyn Heffernan, 24, of Carriage Drive, Chelmsford, and charged her with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation.
