Man Found Unresponsive on Riverneck Road, Patient Falls Inside Dentist Office

The following incidents were provided by the Chelmsford Fire Department, taking place between May 18 and May 24.

Sunday, May 18

  • At 2:28 p.m. an ambulance was called for a Brick Kiln Road employee possibly have a seizure.
  • Inside a Technology Drive building, a 69-year-old woman fell and suffered a laceration.
Monday, May 19
  • On Oak Street a small hydrogen leak came from a truck, requiring assistance from the Fire Department.
  • A rollerblader fell on the bike path near Central Square, requiring medical assistance.
  • Residents on Linwood Street reported a possible oven fire inside a home. Several engines responded to the scene.
  • Medical attention was required on Morgan Drive for a 14-year-old male having an allergic reaction to milk.
  • An unresponsive male was located on Riverneck Road, possibly having a diabetic reaction.
Tuesday, May 20
  • On Varney Ave., a seven-month-old fell off the bed.
  • A 12-year-old boy was out of control on Wellman Ave. just before noon.
  • At 1:4 1p.m. a Dracut woman on Village Square was having a reaction to shots.
Wednesday, May 21
  • An ambulance was called to Wellman Ave. for a man stating he was having a heart attack.
  • A 63-year-old man fell off his bicycle on Elm Street, but no service was rendered by Chelmsford because the incident happened in Carlisle.
  • Police and firefighters responded to Peders Place for a man with a piece of glass in his eye.
Thursday, May 22
  • A patient fell in the exam room of a North Road dental facility, suffering unknown injuries.
  • Inside a medical facility on Billerica Road, medical assistance was required for a woman with the doctor inside the exam room who was unconscious.
Friday, May 23
  • An engine was called to assist the Animal Control Officer with ducklings who were reportedly trapped in a storm drain.
  • On Olde North Road, an ambulance was required for an Athol man in police lock up with a possibly self-inflicted head wound.
  • A motor vehicle crashed into a building on Littleton Road at 6:35 p.m.
Saturday, May 24
  • Firefighters investigated a possible outdoor burn on Main Street.
  • A gas grill was reported on fire by a resident on Pleasant Street.
