Man Arrested at Chelmsford Street Business for Possession of Burglary Tools

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, May 30

  • Daniel D. Feehan, 21, of 27 Bachman Street, Lowell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Saturday, May 31
  • Police were called to a Chelmsford Street business for a report of a known shoplifter. Upon arrival, officers arrested Robert D. Clarke, 49, of 205 Middlesex Street, Lowell. Clarke was charged with larceny of property over $250 and possession of burglary tools.
Monday, June 1
  • Thiago Rocha Da Silva, 24, of 61 Chapel Street, Lowell, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without bring in possession of a license.
  • After a motor vehicle stop on Glen Ave. and Chelmsford Street, Darryl Ezell Buchannan, 51, of 71 Sawin Street, Marlboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and receiving stolen property greater than $250.
