Lowell Woman Arrested For Alleged Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs

Sept. 2
Luz Colon, 32, of 11 James St. in N. Chelmsford was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and operation of a motor vehicle with reckless intend to endanger.

Eluterio Esteban, 45, of 206 Western Ave. in Lynn was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Milagros Rivera, 42, of 855 Lawrence St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged larceny of property over $250 and trespassing.
