Lowell Teen Arrested For Alleged Assault on Police Officer

Dec. 1

Colson Robert Leary, 21, of 21 Barton Hill Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign and marked lane violations.

Dec. 3

Easwaran Ratnasingam, 39 of 70 Boston Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery.

Rosalina Suon, 42, of 1215 Pawtucket Blvd. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations and failure to use a turning signal.

Dec. 4

Richard Morales, 42, of 74 West Fourth St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged receiving stolen property worth more than $250 and buying stolen property.

Alyssa Morales-Wallace, 21, of 82 Brick Kiln Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding unspecified warrant.

Dec. 6

Nicole Hagen, 32, of 767 Wellman Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding warrant for alleged operation of motor vehicle without a license, an illegal left turn and operation of a motor vehicle after license suspension. 

Jonathan Orozco, 19, of 114 Aiken Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged buying stolen property, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer. 

Dec. 7

Jeremy Alicea, 24, of 256 Market St. in Lowell was arrested on two outstanding warrants for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license in the past, another charge for alleged operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension, improper number plates on a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured vehicle and operating an unregistered vehicle.

David Luro, 41, of 11 S. Chelmsford Rd. in Westford was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, reckless endangerment,
