Lowell Man Arrested In Gun Related OUI Speeding Incident

The following information was supplied by the Chelmsford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Nov. 4

Keith Janowicz, 30, of 3 Forestview Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged shoplifting

Nov. 5

Bryan Prudhome, 25, of 40 Ferry St. in Manchester,NH was arrested on an outstanding warrant as well as alleged larceny relating to a controlled substance and larceny over $250.

Nov. 6

Vijayendra Kumar, 39, of 310 Skyline Dr. in Dracut was arrested on an outstanding warrant relating to driving without a license.

Nov. 7

Nicholas Paris, 23, of 25 Winthrop Shore Dr. in Winthrop was arrested for alleged resisting arrest as well as an outstanding warrant for threatening to destroy property.

Nov. 8

Margaret Bradford/Bemis, 49, of 61 Mill Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery on an elderly disabled person. 

Irene O'Neill, 50, of 255 Branch St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and failure to yield at an intersection.

Nov. 10

Taylor Farry, 28, of 8 Nagog Ln. in Westford was arrested on an unspecified outstanding warrant as well as outstanding warrants for general larceny and three larcencies by check

Eric John McNulty, 27, of 6 Mt. Pleasant St. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding warrant for negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding as well as alleged shoplifting by concealment.

Matthew McDonald Peavey, 21, of 95 Wagonwheel Rd. in Dracut was arrested for alleged shoplifting.

Manuel Sousa, 34, of 554 Varnum Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with reckless intent to endanger, operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, unlawful possession of a large capacity firearm, illegal possession of ammunition and speeding.
