12:16 p.m. - Police aided a woman who couldn't find her car on Parkhurst Road.

1:38 p.m. - Two loose beagles kept on getting into the trash on Glendale Road.

7:30 p.m. - A male with a hat and a Patriots sweatshirt was suspected of burglary on Main Street.

Tuesday, Dec. 11

Arrests

  • Samantha Guzzi, 19, of 36 Burlington Ave. in Lowell was arrested on alleged larceny of property over $250.
  • Douglas Kelso, 65, of 19 Irene St. in Burlington was arrested on charges of alleged marked lane violations and a second operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
  • Lurina Rivera, 27, of 32 Range Ave. in Lynn was arrested on charges stemming from an unspecified previous warrant.

4:28 a.m. - Police intervened when a resident on Boston Road said their neighbor's TV was too loud.

5:39 p.m. - A cellphone was stolen from the Brickhouse Center, a suspect was located on the scene, but no further information was available.

Follow Up

Nov. 28, 12:32 p.m. - Officers reported to the scene of a breaking and entering at the Scotty Hollow complex in North Chelmsford.

Money had been reported stolen by the owner of one unit, whose residence was entered through a broken sliding glass door.

It was not indicated whether other items were stolen.

Dec. 8, 10:58 p.m. - A vehicle from New Hampshire was involved on a low speed chase from the corner of Billerica and Turnpike Road down to Luan Circle after officers noticed the vehicle failed to yield to oncoming traffic and had improper registration stickers.

The operator, , was then arrested and his vehicle was towed.
