Littleton Road Man Arrested For Alleged Rape

September 9
-Eric Schwabe, 29, of 6 Bernard St. in Billerica was arrested for alleged breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at night and receiving stolen property worth more than $250.
-Antonio Silva, 18, of 174 Tyngsboro Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
-Mitchell Walters, 19, of 295 Westmeadow Rd. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operation of a motor vehicle with negligent intent to endanger, and speeding.
Sept. 10
-David Meltzer, 54, of 288 Littleton Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged rape.
Sept. 12
- Stacy Hartwell, 41, of 26 Brick Kiln Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Sept. 13
- Kimberly Burtsell, 46, of 218 Laurel St. in Manchester, NH was arrested for alleged possession of an illegal class B drug.
- John Derouen, 55, of 210 N. Billerica Rd. in Tewksbury was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and speeding.
- Becky Nadeau, 25, of 22 Smith Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked license and larceny of property over $250.
-Jared Plamondon, 29, of 3 Plamondon Dr. in Hudson, NH was arrested on two oustanding warrants for alleged shoplifting, an outstanding warrant for alleged failure to yield at a stop sign, alleged possession of an illegal class A drug in addition to charges for being a fugitive from justice.
Sept. 14
- Long Thien Chim, 32, of 8 Olive St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, operating an uninsured vehicle and an outstanding arrest warrant.
- Amber King, 24, of 7 Shaffer St. in Lowell was arrested on warrants for operation of a motor vehicle without registration and operation of an uninsured vehicle.
