Laptop Reported Stolen from Parker School

The following information was supplied by the Chelmsford Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The following are entries from the Chelmsford Police log for Sept. 12 and 13.

Additional information is available in certain cases from the Chelmsford Police Records Department for a nominal fee.

Any instances where streets are mentioned without addresses shall be placed on the map as occurring on the first address on that street for geographical convenience unless otherwise stated even though the incident may have happened somewhere else on the street.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

6:45 a.m. - A laptop was reported stolen from Parker Middle School.

2:48 p.m. - Police investigated a motor vehicle crash near the corner of Cushing Place and Central Square estimated under $1,000.

Thursday, Sept. 13

Arrests

-- Margaret Njuguna, 27, of 871 Middlesex St. in Lowell was arrested on charges of alleged larceny of property over $250.

9:16 a.m. - Police investigated a complaint from a resident on Tyngsboro Road saying she was being bothered by spinning tires.

9:31 a.m. - Police investigated a resident taking pictures in the area of Littleton Road.

11:42 a.m. - Police helped an 18-year-old male who swallowed a bottle cap on Wellman Avenue.

1:34 p.m. - Police assisted the York, Maine Police Department with an unspecified larceny.

9:03 p.m. - Police arrived on Cottage Road to help with an "out of control" nine-year-old.
