Grand Jury Indicts Three People for Chelmsford Drug Arrests

Each of the three indicted parties faces drug charges.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced a list of grand jury indictments from around the county on Wednesday, and among them were three people charged with incidents in Chelmsford.

All three are out-of-town residents who were arrested in Chelmsford are facing drug charges.

Below are the three grand jury indictments, according to the announcement by Ryan.

Ramon Atuna-Laboy
, 36, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking in cocaine over 18 grams, and possession with the intent to distribute oxycodone.  The Assistant District Attorney is Tasnin Chowdhury.

Eliezer Bouret-Cordero
, 37, of New York, was charged with trafficking in heroin over 200 grams.  The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.

Luis Pomales
, 28, of Dorchester, was charged with trafficking in oxycodone over 100 grams.  The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
