Dracut Man Charged With Alleged Third OUI After Slamming Into Pole

  • Brandon Robert Machado, 18, of 8 Rollins St. in Derry, NH was arrested on charges of alleged malicious destruction of personal property, disturbing a public school and threatening to commit a crime.
  • Eric Stansfield, 48, of 5 Field St. was arrested on charges of alleged assault and battery.

9:07 a.m. - Chelmsford Police helped Westford Police search for an autistic 13-year-old male near the intersection of Graniteville and Old Westford roads.

3:22 a.m. - Police checked for suspicious persons potentially involved in down mailboxes in the area of Old Westford Road and School Street.

Sunday, Sept. 23

  • Mark Weilbrenner, 41, of 79 Gerrish Ave. in Dracut was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor. He has been arrested two prior times for OUI according to the log. Weilbrenner alleged slammed his vehicle into a pole on Gay Street.

3:45 a.m. - "five or six" people milling around on Proctor Road drew the attention of three officers.
