Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, June 27
  • As a result of an ongoing investigation, police arrested a father and daughter for allegedly dealing heroin from their Chelmsford trailer home. Kailene M. McInnis, 21, of 22 Bear Hill Road, Billerica, was charged with possession of Class A drugs with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws. William G. McInnis, 44, of 8 Mason Ave., Chelmsford, was charged with possession of Class A drugs with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws, and outstanding warrants for operating with a suspended license, shoplifting, leaving the scene of an accident, marked lanes violation and failure to stop. Saturday, June 28
  • Officers were called to Varney Playground on Adams Street in North Chelmsford at 1:50 p.m. for a report of a couple engaged in sexual activity. Following the incident, police arrested two people. Tina Marie Damiano, 45, of 15 Bowman Road, Billerica, and Warren Joseph Worster, 45, of 205 Middlesex Street, Lowell, were each charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and disturbing the peace.
Sunday, June 29
  • A shoplifter was reported inside Wal-Mart by employees. The woman then allegedly fled the scene. Police located and arrested Kimberly J. Barker, 33, of 205 Pratt Ave., Lowell. She was charged with larceny of property over $250.
