Concord Road Man Arrested For Second Alleged OUI

The following are entries from the Chelmsford Police log for Sept. 26 and 27.

Wednesday, Sept. 26

12:53 p.m. - Police responded to a possible break-in in progress on Mill Road.

3:16 p.m. - A student was described as "out of control" on a bus located on Princeton Street.

Thursday, Sept. 27

Arrests:

  • Michael Donlon, 29, of 8 Scroxton Dr. in Billerica was arrested on charges of alleged larceny of property over $250 and possession of tools designed for burglary.
  • James Ferguson, 47, of 108 Concord Rd. was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and charges from a previous arrest warrant not specified. This was Ferguson's second OUI arrest.

Other:

6:04 p.m. - Police investigated "loud bangs" on Glen Avenue.
